It's the end of an era for Charlie Sheen: Anger Management is officially canceled. The FX series, Sheen's show after his tenure on Two and a Half Men ended, will come to a close tonight, Monday, Dec. 22 at 10 p.m. on FX. The show ran for two seasons and 100 episodes as part of a deal with Lionsgate's Debmar-Mercury.
FX quietly announced the end date for Anger Management in a November press release.
Sheen jumped to Anger Management, based on the film of the same name, after exiting Two and a Half Men. The show premiered to record ratings in 2012—close to 6 million viewers tuned in. As part of the deal, only 10 episodes were ordered at the start and based on its success, FX would then order 90 more episodes under a syndication deal.
